Courgettes with Comté cheese
Oysters with shallots
Homemade blinis with gravlax salmon
Foie gras with chutney
Mushroom puff pastry
Prawns and whelks with homemade aioli

Mains:
Guinea fowl ballotine with walnuts, truffle-infused mashed potatoes
Roasted gilthead sea bream, spaghetti squash and pickled vegetables

Desserts:
Mini gianduja and clementine log cake

The menu is served at €75 per person.
